Power of fasting, day 1, 2014

Ezra 8:23 So we fasted and earnestly prayed that our God would take care of us, and he heard our prayer.

We have seven days fasting to lay a good foundation for this year. You can fast from 6 am to 12 pm, 3 pm, or 6 pm, every day for seven days depending on your schedule.

You can also meditate on other prayers in this site in the morning, midnight, afternoon and evening.
